1. Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! We love bringing unique visions to life. If you’d like a mobile designed specifically for your home, business, or creative space, feel free to reach out! Let’s collaborate to create something truly special.
2. How long does it take to ship my mobile?
Each mobile is handcrafted with care. Production times vary based on size and complexity:

Most mobiles are made to order and typically ship within 8 business days (see our announcement for current production times).

Larger mobiles take approximately 7 to 15 business days.

Custom hand-painted mobiles require 7 to 21 business days.

Large metal mobiles may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months, depending on design intricacy.
If you have a deadline in mind, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
3. Do you have mobiles ready to ship?
Yes! My hand-painted original artistic mobiles and metal mobiles are in stock and ready to ship.
However, solid color mobiles are made to order, allowing me to focus on developing new designs and honing my craft instead of stocking inventory.
4. Where are your mobiles made?
Every Skysetter Mobile is meticulously handcrafted in my studio in Natchez, Mississippi.
5. How are orders shipped?
I ship all mobiles via UPS Ground within the USA and internationally.
Most mobiles fit in an 18 x 24 x 1-inch box, weigh around 2 lbs, and ship from zip code 39120.
For PO Box addresses, I use USPS. If a different carrier is needed, I may also ship with FedEx.
6. How do I hang my Skysetter Mobile?
Hanging your mobile is simple!

For lightweight, hand-painted, or plastic mobiles, I recommend a 3M Command Utensil Hook on a smooth ceiling.

For metal mobiles, use a 2.5" (or larger) cup hook securely installed in a ceiling stud or beam for stability.
7. Do you provide hanging hardware?
Yes! Every mobile comes with a large cup hook and extension rod for easy installation.
8. How do I care for my mobile?
Keep your mobile looking its best with an occasional gentle cleaning:

Use a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust.

If your mobile is displayed in a kitchen or restaurant, I recommend wiping it down at least once a month.
9. Can I request a rush order?
At this time, I don’t offer a paid rush service. I typically have about 10 orders in progress and want to ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves.
That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, reach out to me! I’ll happily see if I can complete your order sooner as a personal favor.
10. What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground (insured and trackable).

In some cases, I may ship via FedEx or USPS (for PO Boxes).

If a package is lost or damaged, a replacement will be sent upon verification (photos of damage and tracking confirmation).
I always strive to provide a smooth and stress-free shopping experience!
11. What is your return policy?
I usually accept returns within 15 days of delivery with the following guidelines:

If the mobile is unopened, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of return.

If the mobile has been removed from its packaging, a 30% restocking fee applies.

If returned damaged due to improper packing, only a 50% refund will be issued.

If a mobile arrives damaged in transit, I will send a replacement at no cost.
- Custom mobiles or mobiles over $600 are not returnable.
For returns after 15 days, I offer store credit, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
11.1 What if I refuse the shipment?
If a shipment is refused and returned, a refund will be issued upon request minus:

12. Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes! I occasionally accept wholesale orders from well-established fine art galleries, craft galleries, and museum stores.

If you’re interested in showcasing my mobiles or paintings in your gallery, let’s talk!
I accept commission partnerships with galleries that have been established for at least 5 years and have a strong social media presence.
