Refund policy

We think customer service is very important. If you don't like your purchase for any reason, please contact us at skysetterdesigns@gmail.com. We provide refunds up to 10 days after the receipt date.  Exclusions apply.  See below.  Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless there is an error with the order. If the sculpture has been removed from packaging a 20% repackaging fee will be charged. If the sculpture is damaged due to poor repackaging additional damage fees will be charged. We want you to be happy and at the same time, if you are not happy we want to receive the sculpture back in the same condition you received it.

Return exclusion:  Large mobiles priced above $900 are not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error in sculpture production or we have an agreement in place prior to order.
