Petal Cadence – Small Hand-Painted Paper Mobile

In this original hand-painted mobile, I bring light, rhythmic movement and soft color into a modern space. Designed to respond to gentle air currents, it creates a delicate, ever-changing composition that feels both playful and calming.

I created this piece with a lighter touch—letting color and shape move together in a way that feels almost like a quiet melody. The forms are hand-painted with acrylic on paper, layered with loose, organic patterns that echo floral and rhythmic motifs. As the mobile shifts, each element moves independently, allowing the composition to open and close in subtle ways. The curved rods guide the motion gently, creating a sense of flow that feels both structured and free. It’s a piece that brings a soft energy into a space—uplifting, relaxed, and quietly expressive.
